Specialized steps tailored to the brand’s needs

PHASE 1

Feasibility Study

  • Site visit and review condition of existing space
  • Coordinate with client’s brand, landlord and consultants

    (Structural, Electrical, Mechanical, Fire services IT, Security, etc)
  • Clarify fit-out restrictions and local regulatory requirement
  • Prepare master schedule based on the permit and lead-time
  • Prepare design package including site information, existing condition drawing

  • Obtain brand’ approval to place order for the imported materials in order to fit in the time schedule

PHASE 4

Fitting Out on Site

  • Guide GC to follow up construction as per the design and schedule
  • Follow up with imported / local order items
  • Submit weekly construction schedule to brand
  • Inspect site for the appointed key timing during construction

Maintenance Project Management

  • Coordinate and clarify maintenance technical queries

  • Request maintenance estimation to GC if necessary/ Review and submit the estimation to brand for approval
  • Regular and special site visit to check brand stores’ maintenance under additional service agreement
