PHASE 1
Feasibility Study
- Site visit and review condition of existing space
- Coordinate with client’s brand, landlord and consultants
(Structural, Electrical, Mechanical, Fire services IT, Security, etc) - Clarify fit-out restrictions and local regulatory requirement
- Prepare master schedule based on the permit and lead-time
- Prepare design package including site information, existing condition drawing

Tendering
- Tender issue to potential general contractors for bidding
- Respond to queries and interpretation required by GC

PHASE 4
Fitting Out on Site
- Guide GC to follow up construction as per the design and schedule
- Follow up with imported / local order items
- Submit weekly construction schedule to brand
- Inspect site for the appointed key timing during construction
